Mobile carrier Sprint is gearing up for the release of its Galaxy S8 Active variant, according to leakster Evan Blass. The news came out on Twitter after the announcement that T-Mobile is also releasing its own Galaxy S8 Active phone.
Samsung Electronics Co Ltd's Active line of smartphones will soon be a free agent as a previous report broke out that T-Mobile is releasing the Galaxy S8 Active before 2017 ends. On Saturday, November 4, Blass took Twitter to announce the news claiming Sprint's own render for the similar device.

With that in mind, Verizon Wireless and other carriers might soon be heading out to the Galaxy Active scene anytime soon. The Galaxy S Active line has been exclusively distributed by AT&T since 2013.
Based on Blass' leaked Sprint Galaxy S8 Active render, the physical attributes of the phone remain the same to that of AT&T. The only difference is the carrier name.

So far, no leaked certifications or FCC filings for the device to confirm it. There are no details available as well on what Sprint can offer with this device other than it can be expected on November 17. T-Mobile's version is expected to arrive on November 22.
The Galaxy S8 Active was first released in August 2017 with Android 7.0 Nougat on board. It sports a 5.8-inch display, 12-megapixel front camera, 4-gigabyte RAM, 4,000 mAh battery and Snapdragon 835. AT&T sells Galaxy S8 Active for US$849 in retail and US$28.34 per month under contract.
