Song Joong Ki has revealed he and Song Hye Kyo may not be seen on-screen together again. The duo shot to fame after starring in Descendants of the Sun.
In the hit drama, Joong Ki plays the lead role as Captain Yoo Shi Jin, and Hye Kyo reprises the role of doctor named Kang Mo-Yeon.
During the press conference for The Battleship Island in Singapore, the 31-year-old admitted he is not sure if he will share on-screen space with Hye Kyo in the future. He said: "Working with Song Hye Kyo in the future, I have to give a little more thought. It may be challenging because work is work. It may be a little tough to work on the same production."
Joong Ki and Hye Kyo shocked their fans around the world by confirming their relationship recently. The two announced that they will tie the knot on October 31.
Meanwhile, Joong Ki had admitted he is very excited to marry Hye Kyo. During an appearance on JTBC's Newsroom, he gushed about his wife-to-be and discussed his new film Battleship Island. He said: "Since I have two big events happening this year, I think I'm spending the best summer so far. My movie has already been released, and the other event is my wedding."
