Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot has reportedly denied signing the sequel to the superhero film if producer Brett Ratner, who has been accused of sexual abuse, remains involved with the movie franchise.
Gadot said that she is not willing to be a part of the sequel if Warner Bros. doesn't pull Brett out of the movie. The movie has earned over $820 million internationally.
Ratner was a part of the co-financing deal with Warner Bros, by including his production company RatPac-Dune Entertainment in the deal.
Gadot, being the hero of a movie, which is deeply rooted in women's empowerment cannot surely tolerate a man accused of sexual assault, financing her movie.
One of her Twitter posts strongly abides by this law.

Without a doubt, Wonder Woman surely knows how to get things done and when it comes to cases such as this, she definitely knows some serious ass-kicking.

Fans of Gadot have gone crazy on Twitter over her decision.
We live in a culture in which Wonder Woman and Supergirl are both compelled to make a statement on sexual harassment.#GalGadot #MelissaBenoist@GalGadot @MelissaBenoist pic.twitter.com/AO3AdIyjRp

Recently, in the wake of the #MeToo campaign, Hollywood celebrities and common folks alike, are speaking up on this gory issue, that has ruined someone's growing years or the workplace environment, making most victims shun themselves in their own shell.
It all started with Hollywood actresses opening up about the Hollywood Mogul, Harvey Weinstein, and his casting couch misdeeds. Famous Hollywood and international celebrities didn't hold themselves back while lashing out at Weinstein. Angelina Jolie and Gwyneth Paltrow too made shocking revelations against the accused.
Alyssa Milano started the movement by urging women to comment 'Me Too' if they faced sexual harassment ever.Men too have stood up against this social evil and flooded Twitter with their views on the same. House Of Cards star Kevin Spacey too was accused of sexual harassment and victims are now opening up gradually.
