Check out BTS members' tweets on crossing 10 million followers on Twitter

The king pop group BTS has once again achieved what is impossible for other Korean stars to accomplish. The boy group's official Twitter handle 방탄소년단 @BTS_twt  has crossed 10 million followers just a month after reaching 9 million followers.

The hashtag #LoveBTS10M dedicated to the group's attainment is currently trending worldwide in celebration of the group reaching the milestone.

The Twitter handle 트위터대한민국 @TwitterKorea congratulated the popular band on Twitter along with an infographic showing the rise in growth of BTS' followers on Twitter.

Each of the seven members has also tweeted in the merriment of their official Twitter handle crossing a milepost of 10 million followers. The members thank their followers and fans in their individual post.

BTS, also known as Bangtan Boys and Beyond the Scene is a seven-member boy band launched by Big Hit Entertainment. The group made their debut with "No more Dream" from their first single 2 Cool 4 Skool on June 13, 2013.

The band rose to stardom because of their consistent engagement and interaction with fans on social media sites like Twitter, video blogs as well as releasing songs via their YouTube page.

The popular boy band will make their debut televised performance at the American Music Awards on Sunday, November 19. The band will play their Billboard Hot 100 hit "DNA" for the annual event.

Till date, BTS is the only Korean band to have ever broken the Top 10 on the Billboard album chart and also the first one to be appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Ellen DeGeneres show.
