The pop sensation South Korean band BTS has confirmed to appear on Ellen DeGeneres show today(November 9) in addition to their scheduled appearance on ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live.

The Ellen DeGeneres Show is an American televised comedy talk show hosted by comedian/actress Ellen DeGeneres. The show made its debut on September 8, 2003, under Telepictures and airs in syndication, including stations owned by NBCUniversal.

BTS's producer Big Hit Entertainment released a statement saying," The Ellen DeGeneres Show' as with 'Jimmy Kimmel Live', and said, "BTS will showcase a live performance on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' during their U.S. visit for the upcoming 'American Music Awards."

Although the broadcast date for the show has not been announced yet, ARMY(Bts official fandom) is thrilled to watch their favourite icons on NBC.

The popular boy band will make their debut televised performance at the American Music Awards on Sunday, November 19. The band will play their Billboard Hot 100 hit "DNA" for the annual event.

Big Hit Entertainment also confirmed that BTS will be holding an outdoor mini-concert as a part of Jimmy Kimmel Live's concert series. The group will be performing for "Jimmy Kimmy Live" on November 15 at 5:45pm in Los Angeles, according to ticketing site iota.

BTS, also known as Bangtan Boys and Beyond the Scene is a seven-member boy band launched by Big Hit Entertainment. The group made their debut with "No more Dream" from their first single 2 Cool 4 Skool on June 13, 2013.

The band rose to stardom because of their consistent engagement and interaction with fans on social media sites like Twitter, video blogs as well as releasing songs via their YouTube page.

Till date, BTS is the only Korean band to have ever broken the Top 10 on the Billboard album chart and also the first one to be appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live and The Ellen DeGeneres show.
