There's no end to Beyonce's musical ladder of achievements as she collects nine Grammy nominations, leading in the list of nominees. Her chart-topping single 'Formation' is up for the distinctive categories of song and record of the year.
Following her lead in the nominations are Kanye West, Drake and Rihanna at second position grabbing eight nominations each. English singer and song-writer Adele has five nominations in her bag, colliding head-on with Beyonce in the fight for awards in the categories of record of the year, song of the year and album of the year.
Running for the category of the Record of the year are - "Hello," by Adele, "Formation" by Beyoncé, "7 Years" by Lukas Graham, "Work" by Rihanna featuring Drake and "Stressed Out" by Twenty One Pilots while for the Song for the year category the nominations include Beyoncé's "Formation," Adele's "Hello," Mike Posner's "I Took a Pill in Ibiza," Justin Bieber's "Love Yourself" and Lukas Graham's "7 Years."

Chance is up for his first Grammy and he bagged seven nominations without releasing a physical album or digital download and is flying high to grab the best new artist award.
Beyonce is already a winner of 20 Grammy awards and if she wins eight awards out of the nine categories she is nominated then she will become the most-awarded female artist in Grammy history, a title that currently belongs to 27-time Grammy winner Alison Krauss.
