Actors Park Bo-young and Park Hyung-sik's on-screen chemistry for 'Strong Woman Do Bong Soon' was so believable that many fans have been hoping that the two become a real couple. It seems that the production staff of the JTBC drama thought so too.

In an interview on April 18, as noted by website Allkpop, Park Bo-young shared about the bond between her and Park Hyung-sik. "Hyungsik has a lot more aegyo (cuteness) than I do. Usually, actresses will be the life of the party, but this time, Hyungsik did all of that. He comes onto the set by yelling, 'Let's do this!' Whenever he says his lines, he always playfully talks to you. Because of that, I end up joking a lot too, and we talk without taking a break," she said.

It is this playfulness in both of them that also leads to a very natural chemistry between the actors. And this is what many mistake for romance. In fact, the production staff of 'Strong Woman Do Bong Soon' was also fooled into thinking such thoughts. "At first, staff suspected there was something between us because we would always talk together. When the staff checked it out though, they figured out we were just practicing our lines. It was fun working together," Park Bo-young clarified.

This should put rumours to rest of Bo-young and Hyung-sik's relationship for some time at least. This does not mean they cannot date in the future. In fact, close friends often turn out to be perfect life partners because they have the best understanding with each other. And Park Bo-young and Park Hyung-sik appear to be good friends indeed.

Various behind-the-scenes videos uploaded by JTBC show that the two actors are quite fond of each other. They hold hands and bicker like a couple while filming kissing scenes for the drama, as evident from one such production video. Watch the clip below.

Even director of the JTBC drama, Lee Hyung-min, thanked the two leads for their amazing chemistry which helped the drama achieve success. He said, "I'm so grateful to both of them. I'm not trying to play favourites, but I'm especially grateful to Park Bo Young. I hope that 'Strong Woman Do Bong Soon' becomes a memorable production in her filmography."

Regarding Bo-young's on-screen lover, the director added, "Park Hyung Sik had so much fun and told me it was a new experience for him," confirming Bo-young's comments about him.
