It was only a day earlier that the name of Kim Jong-kook and HaHa's new web-variety show was revealed. Now it is Yoo Jae-suk and Lee Kwang-soo's turn. The two 'Running Man' members are in talks, along with actress Park Min-young, to be part of a new variety show that will be streamed on Netflix.
As noted by website Soompi, Producing Director (PD) Jo Hyo-jin, known for 'X-Man,' 'Running Man' and 'Family Outing,' revealed in a phone interview with a Korean news outlet that he will be producing a Netflix variety show.

The PD revealed that talks are underway to finalize the cast of the show, with Yoo Jae-suk, Lee Kwang-soo, Park Min-young and others. He also said that it would be "a mystery variety show" with "a different format for every episode." Unlike most variety programmes however, this will entirely be pre-produced.
Yoo Jae-suk has been hosting television shows for a long time and has been dubbed "The Nation's MC" in South Korea. The three television shows for which he is well-known are MBC's 'Infinite Challenge,' where he has been the Host-in-chief since 2006, SBS's 'Running Man,' of which he is the main MC and KBS2's 'Happy Together' season 3, where he is also the current host.
It should be noted that HaHa also shared hosting duties with Yoo Jae-suk on 'Infinite Challenge.' HaHa will currently co-host a new web variety programme from Mystic Entertainment, called 'Big Picture,' with his 'Running Man' mate Kim Jong-kook. That variety show is being helmed by PD Yuh Woon-hyuk, who is called the "godfather of variety shows" after having produced programmes like MBC's 'Infinite Challenge' 'Golden Fishery- The Knee-Drop Guru,' JTBC's 'War of Words' and 'Ask Us Anything.'
Lee Kwang-soo has also been part of numerous television programmes apart from 'Running Man.' He has made guest appearances on KBS's 'Happy Together 3,' tvN's 'Taxi,' SBS's 'Strong Heart' and music show 'Inkigayo.' Lee Kwang-soo also appeared alongwith Kim Jong-kook, as a special guest in season 2 of 'The Amazing Race China.'
Park Min-young recently starred in the KBS2 drama, 'Queen for Seven Days.' She has done a lot of work in television dramas but this will be the first time she appears in a variety programme, if the talks are successful.
More details about the Netflix variety show are expected to emerge soon.
