WINNER's Song Mino has been hospitalised with a neck injury and he is reportedly receiving physical therapy for the pain. However, according to the reports, his injury will not be affecting the group's upcoming promotions.

According to Koreaboo, YG Entertainment confirmed that the Korean rapper had been recently admitted to the hospital after complains of neck pain. After staying shortly at the hospital and getting physical therapy, Mino has started working on the final preparations of the group while wearing a neck cast.

The neck cast is important so that when he is going from place to place it will minimize the movement in his neck. Though it is not a major injury, he is wearing a cast in order to prevent the pain from becoming more severe.

This happened just before the comeback of the group and it made the YG Entertainment a little worried as to whether Mino's injury would affect the group's comeback or not. The news also came as a shock to the fans who were eagerly waiting for their comeback. However, the label released a statement saying that Mio's injury would not affect the group's promotions.

YG Entertainment released a statement saying, "Song Mino complained of having neck pain and recently received physical therapy for it. He will wear a neck brace until he fully recovers. Mino's injury is not very serious so the comeback schedule will not be affected."

The first album as four members will be released by WINNER on April 4 and it has been more than a year since its last release.
