Song Joong Ki concluded his Asian Fan Tour meet with expressing his wish to work with Song Hye Kyo again. The duo, who shared the screen space in the hit series Descendants of the Sun, are said to be romantically involved, citing their incredible chemistry in the show.
During the culminating ceremony at National Taiwan University Sports Center, the 31-year-old actor admitted that he would not miss a chance to work with his rumored lady love. When asked about his long term plan, the actor replied: "I want to do amazing roles fit for my age in 30 years. I'm sure I'll be less popular and have less offers then, but I think I'll be able to do act well for my age at the time."
On asked about working with Hye Kyo, Joong Ki further added: "If Song Hye Kyo says it's okay, I'd like to."
Joong Ki, who has been garnering quite a lot of appreciation in his career, feels blessed to be in the entertainment industry. The actor stated that it is the best era to be an actor. He said: "I think it's nowadays. Though I've had a lot of days on camera as an actor when I got the chills and felt excited, on my ninth Asia tour, I've felt glad I became an actor when I personally meet my fans and receive so much love."
Adding on, the actor also confessed that acting was not his first career choice. Joong ki shared with his 4000 followers at the Taiwan fan meet: "I dreamed of being a professional skater once. I wanted to be a Korean Olympic skater, but I wasn't good enough so I quit."
