Sony has just announced a bunch of Japanese software for PlayStation VR at the company's pre-Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2017 PlayStation press conference, which took place earlier on September 19. Ending the long wait of the PSVR fans, the biggest news that Sony revealed at the event was a Zone of the Enders (ZOE) title called Anubis Mars. The original ZOE title was a mech-fighting game, which was developed by Konami for the PlayStation 2. Later the game was famously bundled with a demo for Metal Gear Solid 2.

Apart from Anubis Mars, another significant announcement made by the company was that of Neko Atsume VR. Although nothing other than the logo of the title was shown off, still it's difficult to imagine virtual reality cat-collecting being anything less than wonderful.

Meanwhile, The Asahi Shimbun, a Japanese newspaper, is creating a news app for Sony PSVR, which will provide users with 360-degree video content, much like what The New York Times has done for mobile VR headsets.

To note the point, it is still exceedingly hard to purchase a PSVR in Japan even after almost one year from the launch of the device. However, Sony seems to be persevering with the flow of content aimed at its home market. The company also announced a price cut for the headset and PlayStation Camera bundle at the press conference. It will now cost 44,980 yen on and from October 14th, the previous price of the standalone headset.
