Descendants of the Sun went off air on April 14, but it seems Song Hye Kyo is still fully obsessed with the show and its characters.
The lead actress of record-breaking KBS drama is in the awe of her role as Dr Kang Mo-yeon, and it shows on her Instagram account. The 34-year-old never misses a chance to update her social media with some behind-the-scenes pictures from the shoot of the series every now and then.
Recently, the actress uploaded two pictures from the shoot on her official Instagram account.
The first pictured saw Hye Kyo flawlessly smiling at the camera.
And the second picture shows the actress and her handsome hunk co-star, Song Joong Ki- talking to the director of the series , Lee Eung Bok.
Song Hye Kyu has been in the Korean entertainment industry for a decade now, and has bagged quite a few hits. However, the actress never thought the fate of the Descendants of the Sun before its inception.
In one of her previous interviews, Hye Kyo admitted that she never realized the popularity of the series until she stepped out of Korea for the promotions.
"I did read news about the series' popularity, but the Hong Kong visit stunned me. That was the first time I realised how immense the popularity was. Especially, some female fans in their school uniform followed Song Joong-ki around. That reminded me of the old days," the actress shared in her interview with K Pop Herald.
