Bodycam footage shows the moment a Minneapolis police officer shot and injured two dogs. The dogs were in the backyard when police responded to a home burglary.The dogs owners say the attending police officer did not knock on the front door before entering the backyard. The officer claimed he opened fire after the two pitbulls charged at him. Both CCTV footage of the owners and the bodycam video shows the dogs approaching cautiously friendly.
