Tickets for the Coldplay sold-out concerts in Singapore at National Stadium on Friday and Saturday will go on sale on Thursday at 1 pm onwards. The authorities have been made available seats with a restricted side view of the stage after the concerts' production and staging details were finalised. So, people who don't care if it's a good seat or not and want to have a glimpse of Chris Martin and groove to the music of Coldplay, here is your chance to grab a ticket.

The prices for the tickets are going at $78 (for Sections 617 and 634), $168 (for sections 417, 418, 433 & 434) and $268 (for sections 117 & 134). The tickets will only be available via Sports Hub Tix website (www.sportshubtix.sg) and hotline (65) 3158-7888. Unlike the previous batches of tickets, these will not be available at the stadium's box office or SingPost outlets.
Live Nation Lushington, the show organizer said only a "limited" number of these additional tickets will be on sale. However, the buyers can only buy a maximum of four tickets per transaction.
Initially, 100,000 tickets that were available for both shows were sold out quickly after they went on sale last November, leading to scalpers re-selling them at inflated prices. Live Nation Lushington has said it will void tickets re-sold through the scalpers.
The police have also arrested two men after several reports were made by Coldplay fans who paid unauthorised re-sellers on online marketplace Carousell but did not receive the tickets. Live Nation Lushington had urged the fans of the British band to avoid buying tickets from resellers at an exorbitant price.
Coldplay is returning to perform in Singapore after eight years since they last performance in the year 2009. The famous British rock band has been at the top of the music charts for more than a decade now and everybody is going gaga about the series of upcoming Coldplay concerts at different parts of the world in 2017.
