Se7en made his long-awaited comeback with his new mini album I Am Se7en Wikipedia

South Korean singer Se7en has responded to reports that all is not well between him and YG Entertainment's founder Yang Hyun Suk. The 31-year-old artist, whose real name is Choi Dong-wook, rubbished reports about feud with his former agency.

During an episode of the KBS variety show Happy Together, Se7en talked about the fight rumours. He said: "It is not true. There is absolutely nothing like that."

Adding on, Se7en revealed he is in good terms with Hyun Suk. He said: "I text him every once in a while. I occasionally go to visit the agency as well. They're supporting me."

Meanwhile, Hyun Suk had revealed the real reason why the company parted ways with Se7en. He said at that time: "Actually, Se7en's contract with YG had ended before he left for the military. Before he left, we had already established that he would not re-sign with YG. It wasn't that we didn't have affection for Se7en, but since we were with him for so long, there was a limit for us and we couldn't provide him with new music. For the same reason, we let Gummy go as well."

He added: "We thought it would be better for him to be with another agency after his military service in order to make new music. It's possible to misunderstand since the controversy occurred, but the reason why Se7en is here today at the Big Bang concert is because what I'm saying is true."

After his contract with YG Entertainment ended, Se7en started up his own entertainment company ELEVEN9 Entertainment in July 2015. He recently made his long-awaited comeback with his new mini album, I Am Se7en.
