Running Man's showrunners are intending to make some changes in the show. According to recent reports, viewers might soon see favorite cast members of the show like Song Ji Hyo, Kim Jong Kook and the others, in the upcoming episodes that could be released in a different time-slot.
Running Man fans may have to see their popular variety show being aired at a different day or different time. A source from SBS told South Korean news outlet TV Daily that the show-runners are considering to make some strategic changes to the show.
One of the main changes may include switching the Sunday broadcast schedule of Running Man to an evening weekday program. Showrunners also have discussed about scheduling the SBS show to a late-night weekend time-slot.
The source stated: "The time slot change is under discussion, and there has not been anything confirmed yet."
Running Man is one of the longest running variety shows and according to the said source it was identified as one of the potential shows that might be shifted to a different schedule.
The show-runners are possibly looking at potential shows to replace the reality talent show, Kpop Star.
"Given the said program's impending April finale, the SBS team is already reviewing its inventory of TV shows that could take "Kpop Star's" late-night Sunday timeslot, " Yibada reported.
However, it is not clear how it will affect the popular SBS variety program if it's moved from original time slot.
