Viewers of 'Running Man' would notice that members Jun So-min and Lee Kwang-soo often get paired together. They also have a very natural chemistry and appear to be good friends of one another. Now, the program director (PD) of the variety show has revealed that both of them have a natural chemistry in real life too, which reflects on the television screen.

As noted by website Soompi, 'Running Man' PD Jung Chul-min praised Jun So-min in a recent interview, saying he was happy to have her be a part of the 'Running man' family. "Jun So-min is an honest and innocent friend. I knew I had to cast her if I could after shooting with her, and I was glad to cast her along with Yang Se-chan." What is more interesting however, is him often having drinks with the two of them, outside work.

"I sometimes have a drink with Lee Kwang-soo and Jun So-min outside of work, and they're exactly the same in real life. They're really honest and fun. That's why a fun story always pops up. The chemistry is bound to be good." Even though Jung Chul-min did not specify whether he had drinks with both of them at the same time or separately, he seems to be fond of the two. More significant is Jun So-min and Lee Kwang-soo's chemistry.

Jung Chul-min feels that Jung So-min and Lee Kwang-soo do have a good relationship with each other in real life and stresses that their chemistry on-screen is "bound to be good" as a result. It might be remembered that on the June 4 episode of 'Running Man,' it was revealed that Lee Kwang-soo had a sleepover at Jung So-min's house.

Yang Se-chan, had asked if anything happened at her house. Lee Kwang-soo said it was a misunderstanding, to which Yoo Jae-suk said, "Nobody is misunderstanding anything. We have no interest in your relationship."

Lee Kwang-soo had then explained that he had dinner with the 'Running Man' PD but drank too much. Kwang-soo's cab driver found his phone and called the last person on his phone call log, which curiously happened to be Jun So-min. He was left to her care. Jung So-min had then said, "The taxi driver definitely said he was dead drunk, but as soon as he heard my voice he woke up immediately," making things seem more suspect between the two.

On the question of Jun So-min feeling pressured to leave the show, the PD said, "I don't think she is concerned about that because there's Lee Kwang Soo. Lee Kwang Soo is also continuing his career while being on 'Running Man.' Variety shows are variety shows, and acting is acting. So I think she thinks of him as a role model in that aspect."

It is interesting to note here that the PD is mentioning Lee Kwang-soo in every question related to Jun So-min. So, it might be a possibility of Jun So-min and Lee Kwang-soo being more than just good friends and the PD being aware of it. After all, they look really good with each other, have similar jovial personalities and are humorous and good natured. They are in many ways a perfect fit for each other.

The PD also complimented her personality by saying, "Jun So Min has an easygoing charm that is unlike an actress. She always arrives on set early and talks about how she's doing these days, and she's like a bright 'maknae' daughter." He also said, "I really hope great things happen for her."

The next episode of 'Running Man' will air on July 23.
