Superstar Rajinikanth's fan base across the world are rejoicing over the release of his film, Kabali on 22 July. The Tamil blockbuster movie did not fail to impress and received positive reviews from the audience and critics.

The gangster movie is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu and directed by Pa Ranjith. Indian actress Radhika Apte is the leading lady in the film, alongside Rajinikanth.
During an interview with Indian magazine Filmfare, the 30-year-old actress talked about her role. She said: "To be honest I'd not even dreamt of it. But I also knew from the first phone call that even though it's a commercial film, it was a content-driven one and I had a role that had substance. I wasn't just there to sing songs. I also like writer-director Pa Ranjith's sensibilities."
