The production house also revealed that the original writer of the webtoon will also be a prominent part of the movie. "Mountain Movement Story has entered into a contract with Soon Ki, the creator of the original webtoon 'Cheese in the Trap."
Adding on, the movie adaptation of 'Cheese in The Trap', which is scheduled to hit big screen next year, will be co-financed by Korean and Chinese production houses. The Korean production company Mountain Movement and Beijing Liuhe Sinuo will invest in the production, while the China Film Group Corp and Xingmei will take over the distribution network, Yonhap stated.
