Well, local Korean media is full of buzz about actor Park Bo Gum's early military enlistment plan. The speculation began soon after the 24-year-old actor completed his physical examination on Friday, November 3.
It has been rumoured that Bo Gum might enlist in the military this year. His agency Blossom Entertainment is yet to comment on the issue. However, Korean celebrities usually begin their enlistment in their late 20s. If enlisted, Bo Gum will be one of the few to take up an early service.
"Just like any other non-celebrity, he wore the uniform and left after quietly engaging in the exam. As for the results, it cannot be shared as it's personal information," an associate of the Military Manpower Administration was quoted by AceShowbiz.
Recently, the actor was criticised for promoting his religion, which netizens brand as "cult", on social media.
