Kim Kardashian has opened up about her split with longtime stylist Monica Rose. The Kardashian-Jenner clan recently unfollowed her on social media sparking rumours that all is not well between them.
During an interview with Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, the host asked: "The entire Kardashian/Jenner clan used a stylist named Monica rose. You all recently unfollowed her on social media and are no longer associated with her. Can you give us the real reason that she is no longer in your universe?"
The reality star said: "I haven't worked with her in maybe four years, so my reason is not connected to this. But I will say that I read that it was said that she was the reason for my makeover - my makeover when I met Kanye - and I will say that Kanye got me a new team and we kind of documented it."
"So I think people think that's the reason, and for me, maybe that is the reason. I needed a new vibe," she added.
The rapper is known to be very cautious about Kardashian's public image. In 2012, West made headlines after he changed the selfie queen's wardrobe - her signature skin-tight, party girl attire was replaced by more sophisticated high-end wear.
During an interview with CNN style, Kardashian praised West's fashion. She said: "I really think that my relationship with my husband Kanye really changed everything. I mean, back in the day I thought I had the best style. I look back at outfits and I'm, like, mortified."
"I love my husband's opinion, so I always ask his opinion on everything and he always helps me put together my looks," she added. "Kanye sees my body obviously every day, so he can understand what works well on my body type, so it's been really fun to dress and we try things that work and some things that don't work."
