American singer/actor Joe Jonas had announced in February that he will release break-up songs about American model Gigi Hadid. However, the former Jonas Brothers singer now has a change of heart.
He told The Sun: "Those songs in particular didn't make the album. You might hear them eventually, songs leak all the time, but I think the place I was in my life when I wrote them, I'm not there anymore, so it wouldn't make sense to release them."
"I'm much happier than I was. They were reactive and therapeutic. You've got to let it all out and sometimes you have to step back and say, 'Is this me still to this day?' and you realise that you're in a different place," he added.
Previously, the 26-year-old DNCE frontman had opened up about how fast the 20-year-old model moved on with Zayn Malik after their split. He told to The Mirror: "I think it's interesting that she moved on so quickly, I mean it was definitely very quick."
"It's comical that I'm compared to him. That dude and I have been compared for years, I think it's just funny. To be honest I haven't really listened to his music, but he can sing well," Jonas said at that time.
