The Goblin actor, Gong Yoo, held his first overseas fan meet event in Taiwan on April 29. The actor held a press conference a day before it and revealed about his upcoming projects and answered some interesting questions.
Giving reference to the actor's hit zombie thriller, he was asked, "If you could save yourself and one other person from a zombie apocalypse like your movie 'Train to Busan,' who would you save?" The 37-year old actor gave a very unexpected answer by replying, "I would choose my two cats. I think it would be really scary if they turned into zombie cats."
During the conference, the actor also revealed that "Goblin" is his most memorable work mainly because it is his most recent one.
When the actor was asked about his upcoming roles and what are the types of roles he would like to play he said, "I want to challenge myself to play a villain. I've always played relatively upright roles, so now I want to try out the role of a lazy and ungainly person. A crazy person sounds good too."
Gong Yoo's recent hit drama, "Goblin" was loved all across the globe and China love the drama so much that he earned the title of "national husband."
When the actor was asked how he feels about the title he earned, he said, "I don't like it very much. I feel pressured by it. It's a great compliment and shows that I'm being loved by many people, but the 'national' part feels like a burden on my shoulders."

Apart from Gong Yoo, Lee Dong Wook and Yoo In Na won the best supporting actor and actress, respectively for Goblin. The best couple award also went to Goblin's Gong Yoo and Kim Go Eun.
