Greater Manchester Police has confirmed that children are amongst the fatalities of the terror attack at Manchester Arena on 22 May, and that the suspect is also believed to have died at the scene. Speaking to reporters outside police headquarters, Chief Constable Ian Hopkins said the investigation is fast-moving and has appealed to any members of the public to upload any photographs of moving footage taken at the scene, to a police website to assist the investigation.May 23, 2017
