Apink's Park Chorong face bomb threat while attending the Bucheon International Animation Festival on Friday, October 20. Chorong arrived at the venue as an honorary ambassador while an unknown man claimed as her fan called to warn about the bomb threat. He reportedly said that the bombs will go off at 6 pm KST.

A report on Yonhap News Korea stated, "A man who does not know his identity called the Korean Manga Museum three times to warn regarding the bomb threat. Soon, police arrived and evacuated the guests to start a search."

Soon, police the venue official alerted the police who in-turn instilled a search at the venue. However, after few hours of search, the police officials confirmed the news as a 'fake report.' After an hour of delay, the opening ceremony of the animation fest kickstarted with much glitz and glory. Interesting, on Thursday, another Apink member Son Naeun received a death threat.

Police have begun an investigation to find out whether the incidents are connected with Apink's Music Bank bomb threat issue early this year. Similar to this incident, an anonymous caller warned about a bomb threat at the Music Bank where A Pink was scheduled to pre-record for their show.

However, that was not the first time the group received threats. Earlier in April, an anonymous person threatened to its member Apex. Now, police suspect that it could be the same person who has planted all these bogus threats.

Apink made their official debut 201 with the mini-album, Seven Springs of Apink, along with the title track "I Don't Know." To date, A Pink has released five Korean mini-albums, three Korean studio albums and two Japanese studio albums.
