The makers of the immensely successful film, Baahubali: The Beginning have decided to re-release the movie on April 7, exactly two weeks prior to the release of Baahubali 2: The Conclusion scheduled to hit the theatres on 28 April.
Karan Johar, the owner of Dharma Productions, who is presenting the Hindi version of the film, shared the news on Twitter and said that he has a special offer on tickets for both the film and its sequel. So, if you haven't witnessed the magnum opus 'Baahubali: The Beginning' on the big screen yet, then here is a chance for you to watch both the parts this time.
"When a movie continues to be topical for two years, you know people love every bit of it! Both, exhibitors and film lovers, have approached us to make 'Baahubali' a binge-watching experience," Karan said in a media statement.
"Hence, we are re-releasing the first part on April 7 with a special offer that takes care of tickets for both parts. We're excited. April will witness the biggest movie event ever," he added.
The Bollywood producer also released a poster of the movie, which features Kattappa killing Baahubali. The poster also shows a statement that reads: "Buy ticket for this film & get assured weekend tickets for Baahubali 2."
Baahubali 2-The Conclusion, an epic fantasy, is produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under the banner Arka Media Works. It has been directed by SS Rajamouli. Apart from Anushka Shetty and Prabhas, the film stars Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia, Ramya Krishnan, Nasser and Sathyaraj will play important characters in the film. The film is among the top three all-time highest-grossing Indian movies.
The Baahubali franchise has a huge fan following owing to its larger-than-life content and hence fans are eagerly looking forward to watch Prabhas and the entire cast go a notch higher than its predecessor in giving the audience a splendid cinematic experience.
