The grand premiere of Asia's Next Top Model season 4 will air on 9 March on Star World Asia at 9 pm.
The reality TV show will see 14 models representing ten countries across Asia. Superstar model Cindy Bishop will host the show, and Kelly Tandiono will mentor the contestants along with creative director Yu Tsai.
One can watch the episode after it is aired on television, on their official website and YouTube channel. Live updates are available on their Facebook page and Twitter feed.
Ahead of the show, Asia's Next Top Model contestant, Malaysian model Nuraini Noor, known by her stage name Tuti, received backlash for appearing in a modelling TV show. However, the 24-year-old Muslim model hit back at critics, who targeted her on social media.
She told BBC: "What really separates us is not skin colour nor religion. It's opportunity."
"Different people have different point[s] of view and I am not in control of that. I respect each and everyone's opinion. I don't like to put labels on anything. I'm a citizen of the world. I'm that kind of girl who chase[s] her dreams."
Adding on, she said as a Muslim model, "that really depends on how you approach the task. You need to be open to the producers, photographer, stylist and everyone involved on issues such as this and the sensitivities attached to it."
"At the end of the day, the ultimate goal is to produce good photos and to fulfil your brief and that's what I intend to do every time," Noor added.
