David Cassidy the former actor, singer, songwriter, and guitarist from 1970s musical sitcom "The Partridge Family" has died at the age of 67 on November 21. He was taken to the hospital in Fort Lauderdale, where he died on Tuesday night due to liver failure.
Publicist JoAnn Geffen announced the news through a statement, where he sated Cassidy had died "surrounded by those he loved".
According to People Magazine, in February 2017 the American star said that he was battling with dementia. His situation became critical on November 19. Earlier in this year, the actor said he would end his 50-year career and stop touring in order to "enjoy life".
