AMD finally released its Radeon RX Vega GPUs and they are most definitely at par with the Nvidia in terms of design. It's been a long time since AMD has truly competed at the high end of gaming and last new flagship card the Fury X was released way back in 2015. Although Fury X was a reasonable contender with its unique high-bandwidth memory, Nvidia had defeated it with the advent of the very powerful unique high-bandwidth memory. Now, there is definitely a gap that has been created in the market, which is dominated mainly by a standard combination of an Intel Core i7 processor and Nvidia GTX 1080 graphics card. AMD is all set to attack that gap on August 14.

AMD has now revealed the pricing details and release dates for its high-end cards. AMD is launching three new cards - Radeon RX Vega 64 Liquid Cooled Edition, Radeon RX Vega 56 and Radeon RX Vega 64 with air cooling.

The standalone Radeon RX Vega 56 (with 56 compute units) will make its way to the market on August 14 and it will carry a price tag of $399 along with the Vega 64 air cooled card, which is going to cost $499. AMD is also bringing in Radeon Packs.

There are three such packs available and all of them will bundle Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus and Prey. The packs will also include a $200 discount on Samsung's 34-inch curved ultrawide FreeSync monitor, and a $100 discount on some Ryzen 7 1800X processor and 370X motherboard combos.

Here are the available three packs:

Radeon Red Pack with Radeon RX Vega 56, an air-cooled card priced at $499.

Radeon Black Pack with Radeon RX Vega 64, an air-cooled card priced at $599.

Radeon Aqua Pack with Radeon RX Vega 64 Liquid Cooled Edition priced at $699.
