Drake is rumoured to be dating British singer Jorja Smith. The duo worked together on the Canadian rapper's latest release, More Life.
Drake, who is known for dating A-list celebrities including Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez and Serena Williams, is completely fascinated by her beauty and talent. A source told Metro: "Drake has a reputation for hooking up with his female collaborators, most famously Rihanna."
"So it's no surprise he's fallen for Jorja, she's absolutely gorgeous and an amazing singer. But he's been championing her a little too strongly... He's brought her out on stage at his UK gigs and Instagramming about her a lot," the insider added.
So when Jorja started confessing to friends there was a romance brewing, it didn't come completely out the blue. Drake is not one for serious relationships so no one is predicting they are about to step out holding hands on a red carpet anytime soon. But it's more than just a one-off fling," the source revealed.
Meanwhile, Drake had confessed that he is in love with Rihanna at the MTV Video Music Awards 2016 held at Madison Square Garden on 28 August in New York City. He presented the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award to her at the event and talked how he first met her.
"The first time I met Robyn Fenty [Rihanna's real name] was in 2005," he said. "She was shooting a music video at a restaurant called Avocado in Toronto. The song was 'Pon de Replay' and the director was Little X. I was introduced to her... It's hard to believe that 11 years later we'd come together to create the visual for a song called 'Work.' Today the world knows X as Director X... 11 years later, they still know Rihanna as the one and only Rihanna."
"She succeeds by doing something which no one in this industry does, which is be herself. She's someone I've been in love with since I was 22 years old," he said. "She's one of my best friends in the world. All my adult life I've looked up to her even though she's younger than me."
