Actor Kwon Hyuk-soo, best known as the host of the television show 'Saturday Night Live Korea,' is set to tickle viewers' ribs with a hilarious cameo in the upcoming March 31 episode of 'Strong Woman Do Bong Soon.' Stills showing him in character were released on March 30.

Website Soompi, via Naver.com, reports that comedian Kwon Hyuk-soo will play a Buddhist monk, or as it is evident from the stills, a caricature of one. In the stills, the actor is seen sporting long hair parted in the middle, and wearing several religious beaded garlands. His serious expressions are in stark contrast with his over-the-top appearance. Even funnier are the photos of him trying Buddhist poses which will surely make the viewer's burst in laughter.

Kwon Hyuk-soo, despite having a hectic schedule with SNL Korea, decided to accept the cameo role because his friends SNL friends Kim Won-hae and Kim Min-kyo also appear in 'Strong Woman Do Bong Soon.' He also said he enjoys the drama. "I decided to appear in it because the drama is so fun and I love watching it. My character was also very humorous so I was able to have fun while filming. I am looking forward to this week's broadcast," Kwon Hyuk-soo said.

Soompi notes that Im Won-hee, who has been defeated by Do Bong-soon several times now, has come to visit Kwon Hyuk-soo's monk to get blessings for a new chapter in his life; forgetting his unfortunate encounters with Do Bong-soon. It seems he has come to the wrong monk. The interaction between these two actors will no doubt be hilarious on TV.

In fact, Soompi notes that Kwon Hyuk-soo and Im Won-hee turned the set into a laughter riot of sorts with their excellent comedic skills and expressions. The director of the JTBC drama even praised the former's performance on set.

Star of the drama, actress Park Bo-young recently revealed a funny little secret about how she memorizes her lines. She revealed to her fans in a chat with them via V-app, she said, "I keep mumbling the lines to myself. I talk to myself a lot. When I'm getting my makeup done, when I'm in the car, I keep mumbling and memorizing."

Meanwhile, there is bound to be more tension between Park Hyung-sik and Ji Soo's characters as the love triangle develops in the drama. It will be interesting to see how the relationship dynamics play out between the three leads.

Episode 11 of 'Strong Woman Do Bong Soon' will air on March 31 at 11 pm KST, On JTBC network.
