Jun.K, singer and songwriter of boy band 2PM was rushed to the hospital after getting injured due to falling off from the stage during a concert. The singer fell off between moving platforms from where he was taken away on the stretcher and was admitted to the hospital immediately.
During a performance by 2PM, a popular South Korean boy band formed by JYP Entertainment, Jun.K is reported to have fallen off from the stage at the 6 Nights concert. The fall is estimated to be around 9 feet between the moving platforms. As per the reports, the group was about to perform the popular number, "Hands Up" at the concert.
The unfortunate incident met with overwhelming response from the fans of the singer, wishing him a quick recovery. The social media is flooded with all the fans praying for singer's good health and safe recovery.
Koreaboo reported that all the fans at the concert will be refunded for the event, that went incomplete due to the unfortunate event. JYP Entertainment also released an official statement regarding the incident.
The official statement released by JYP Entertainment read: "The concert has been cancelled as a member fell off the stage during a performance. Currently, Jun.K is receiving a thorough medical examination. We cannot say anything about the plans for future concerts as of yet."
