Descendants of the Sun star Song Hye-kyo is all set for a new project. Although not much is revealed about the project, and is not even known if it's a movie or a K-drama but the the actress did hint that she wishes to do some meaningful roles that can turn out to be timeless classics.
Song Hye-kyo explained that she wants to do films like the popular Hollywood movie, Pretty Woman, that people fondly remember even today.
Song Hye-kyo said: "For me, 2016 was a year that began and finished with Descendants of the Sun. People usually forget about a drama six months after it finished airing. However, in the case of DOTS, it is different. I'm thankful that people remembered it for such a long time."
During the press meet in Taiwan, Song Hye-kyo also spoke about her Descendants of the Sun co-star Song Joong-ki, with whom she is romantically linked every now and then.
Mentioning the Battleship Island actor, Song Hye-kyo shed light on a famous phone-flip scene from the drama, which became a style statement among youngsters and a method to woo women. However, the actress warned the youth by saying to be careful while performing the trick.
The actress praised Song Joong-ki and said that she was smart enough to not drop the phone on the floor.
Despite several dating and marriage rumours about the two, neither Song Joong-ki nor Song Hye-kyo have issued any statement regarding the rumours.
However, a shocking revelation came to light on January 31 when Laneige, a cosmetic brand posted a message on its official Facebook page mentioning Song Hye-kyo, wishing her a blessed married life with her "Oppa" but fans are not sure if the "Oppa" in the post is actor Song Joong-ki or not.
