The time-travel series Outlander Season 3 will be back next year. Reportedly, the cast and crew are shooting Outlander Season 3 in Glasgow, currently.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Caitriona Balfe (Claire Fraser) and Sam Heughan (Jamie Fraser) revealed that apart from Scotland, there will be a new filming location in the Season 3.
Reportedly, the new location for Outlander Season 3 is in South Africa. As Caitriona Balfe said that she is really excited and is looking forward for the shoot in South Africa.
She said, "I'm really looking forward to that part of the story and also being in a new place. It's going to be fun" reports Entertainment Tonight.
Sam Heughan added, "I'm really proud of this season so far. I think it's been very strong and different and the stories are great, so I'm excited for the fans to see it."
Well, not much is revealed and it is still not known which scenes will be shot in South Africa but fans are super-excited to watch the new season and is eagerly waiting for it.

According to the reports, in episode 1 of Season 3, they may revisit the Battle of Culloden. Possibly, to complete Jamie Fraser's unfinished task in the battle.
