Calvin Harris allegedly wants to meet Tom Hiddleston after split with American singer/songwriter Taylor Swift. The Scottish DJ apparently feels the 35-year-old actor is a victim of the Bad Blood hitmaker.
An alleged source told Radar Online: "Calvin knows what it's like to fight the Taylor Swift press machine and wants Tom to know that he is not alone."
Rumours that Swift and Hiddleston are dating started after The Sun released pictures of the two walking hand-in-hand on a beach, said to be in Rhode Island. Adding on, the Blank Space singer can be seen kissing the English actor as well. However, they parted ways recently after three months of dating.
The insider added: "He didn't arrange for the pictures of them kissing on a rock by the beach to get leaked. Before meeting her, he knew nothing about staging pictures."
Harris and Swift had completed one year as a couple on 6 March. In June, he announced his split with the 26-year-old singer on his Twitter account. He wrote: "The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect."
During an interview with GQ, he talked about their relationship. He said: "It's very difficult when something I consider so personal plays out very publicly. The aftermath of the relationship was way more heavily publicized than the relationship itself."
He added: "When we were together, we were very careful for it not to be a media circus. She respected my feelings in that sense."
