NCT's Taeyong is still feeling guilty for his wrong doings in the past. Recently, the singer apologized to his fans at the first broadcast of their brand new show, NCT Life: Pep Rally.
The 21-year-old, who was embroiled in an e-commerce web scam during middle school stated: "I think a lot about what I should do. Before I debuted, when I was young, I did many things that I regret and that I'm embarrassed about." The NCT 127 leader reportedly mounted a number of scams on a trading website by defaulting product deliveries. It is stated that the singer used to sent out defective items after getting the payment for the same.
Taeyong, whose real name is Lee Taeyong said that he cannot stop thinking about the inappropriate things he has done in his younger days. Apologizing for his act, the rapper-dancer of the boy band asserted: "I should have said this earlier, but I was very immature, and didn't think things through. I want to sincerely apologize to those that I hurt when I wasn't trying to understand other people."
"In the future, I have to do better," Soompi quoted the singer. "I have to do better so that I can be more confident and honorable in front of the other members who trust in me and like me. I think that's what I definitely have to do," Taeyong added with teary eyes.
NCT Life: Pep Rally aired its first episode on 16 July. The show will broadcast every Saturday nights at 10 p.m. KST on Naver V App, Youku, Tudou, Ally Music channel, and more. The show is set air in China as well at the same time.
