Sigh of relief seems like a far cry for JYJ's Park Yoochun. Although, the singer has been acquitted of all the sexual charges levied on him by four victims, Yoochun will now face police's fresh claim of soliciting prostitution.
As per reports, Gangnam Police Department has accused the former TVXQ member with solicitation of prostitution concerning the first victim of Yoochun's sexual assault case. The police further added since the singer promised Miss Lee to pay for her services and failed to do so, he has been additionally charged with fraud.
"Yoochun has solicited prostitution with one of the four women who filed claims against him. Therefore, prostitution and also scamming has been applied to his case, for he has failed to pay the cost he originally promised," Allkpop quoted.
Adding on, it is stated that Miss Lee will also be charged on the grounds of prostitution, while the second of the four complainants will be sued for making false claims against the singer.
Meanwhile, in response to police's fresh charges, Yoochun's agency has released a statement denying all the allegation. C-Jest Entertainment relayed: "As reported by the Gangnam Police Department, Yoochun has been cleared of all 4 sexual assault charges. However, police also stated that prostitution has been applied to his case. We will not accept this, as it is completely false. We once again announce that Yoochun has not engaged in prostitution in any form. We will cooperate with the police to reveal the truth."
