Liam Payne is reportedly getting serious about his relationship with girlfriend, Cheryl. The One Direction singer apparently wants to start a family with the former Girls Aloud member.
A source told Closer magazine: "At the start, Cheryl was joking to Liam that they could only be a casual fling because of the age difference. She said she wanted to find the perfect dad to raise her kids with, and Liam has taken that seriously and is trying to show her he is a family man."
"He never even thought about having kids before Cheryl, but now that his bandmate Louis (Tomlinson) has a child and seems to be loving it, Liam has been feeling more keen," the insider added.
The History singer first met the 32-year-old Crazy, Stupid, Love singer when he was auditioning for the ITV talent show, X Factor. Rumours that the pair are romantically involved started after Payne got a rose tattoo on his hand, similar to the rose tattoo on Cheryl's bottom.
Adding on, Payne's cousin Ross Harris, insisted that the couple might settle down soon. He told Britain's New magazine: "I don't think their relationship is for publicity just because they've been seen holding hands and going to restaurants - unless they're having fun with the media and fooling everyone, which would actually be quite funny. I suppose only time will tell. They'll probably be married in a few weeks; it's that kind of vibe."
Cheryl had recently split with second husband, Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini. She married the French businessman in a secret wedding in the Caribbean on 7 July 2014, after dating for three months.
