Actor Ji Chang Wook is the most talked about Korean drama star for the month of June. Following the release of its rankings for movie stars, the Korea Institute for Corporate Reputation unveiled its brand reputation index for Korean drama stars based 125.44 million pieces of big data.
The drama stars were ranked according to brand participation, media, communication, community and audience values.
"Suspicious Partner" star Ji Chang Wook copped first place with a score of 11.24 million consisting of 1.53 million for participation, 556,836 for media, 1.24 million for communication and 7.9 million for community.
He plays the role of a prosecutor in "Suspicious Partner," which premiered last May 10 and will run until July. It will be his last project before he enlists in the military.
Actress Kim Ji Won, who starred in the 2016 hit drama "Descendants of the Sun," placed second with 7.82 million through her current project "Fight My Way" where she stars opposite actor Park Seo-joon.
In third place is actress Nam Ji Hyun, who is Ji Chang Wook's co-star in "Suspicious Partner," with 6.71 million from getting 3.1 million for a sixth place finish in May.
Actress Oh Yeon Seo of the "My Sassy Girl" remake came fourth with 6.07 million while "Fight My Way" star Park Seo-joon finished fifth with 5.94 million.
Yeo Jin Goo of the tvN drama "Circle" grabbed sixth place with 5.33 million followed by Yoo Seung Ho of "The Emperor: The Owner of the Mask," 5.01 million; Infinite's L of "The Emperor: The Owner of the Mask," 4.17 million; Kim So Hyun of "The Emperor: The Owner of the Mask," 4.03 million; and Kim Hee Sun, 3.88 million.
