Software internals consultant Jonathan Levin has recently rolled out the LiberTV jailbreak for tvOS 9.1-10.1, which is based on Luca Todesco and Marco Grassi's original source code used in Yalu jailbreaks for iOS 10.0-10.2. In other words, LiberTV jailbreak tool supports an equivalent of iOS 10.2 or tvOS 10.1 as its highest-supported firmware version.
Levin has recently tweeted about the possibility of releasing the tvOS 10.1.1 jailbreak in the near future, wherein tvOS 10.1.1 will be an equivalent of iOS 10.2.1 that comes with patches for all known or used Yalu exploits till date.
Although there is no way of using patched up Yalu exploits for future tvOS jailbreaks, Levin could be secretly developing new exploits or may have unearthed some unpatched exploits or bugs in the Yalu jailbreak that could be modified for use with the tvOS 10.1.1 jailbreak.
With the release of iOS 10.3, the fresh list of fixes for all known bugs from iOS 10.2.1 has now gone public. Consequently, this list of bug-fixes could provide enough information for the development of tvOS 10.1.1 jailbreak that will be an equivalent of iOS 10.2.1 hack tool.

Although Levin's hint at an upcoming tvOS 10.1.1 jailbreak sounds optimistic, this information should be taken with a grain of salt. The jailbreak developer has offered no commitments regarding the availability or release date for the forthcoming tvOS jailbreak and hence prospective tvOS jailbreakers are advised to stay on the lowest possible firmware to fancy any chances of jailbreaking their Apple TV 4 devices in the near future.
Those who are running tvOS 10.2 are strictly advised to downgrade to tvOS 10.1.1 as soon as possible whilst the latter firmware is still being signed. It is also imperative to disable automatic updates in your Apple TV settings after the downgrade or if your device is already running the tvOS 10.1.1 in order to prevent system software from inadvertently installing the latest firmware on your device.
On the contrary, users who are running the older tvOS 10.1 or lower firmware can go ahead and jailbreak their Apple TV 4 devices using LiberTV as this hack tool will automatically disable software updates on your device.
Finally, those who are running iOS 10.1.1 will have to wait it out as there is no working jailbreak solution for the said firmware on Apple TV 4. As a precautionary measure users may turn off internet connection on their Apple TV, until they have found a successful jailbreak for the installed tvOS firmware.
An updated version of nitoTV is also on the cards for Apple TV 4 devices which could add better utility value for forthcoming tvOS jailbreaks.
