Thai's are mourning the death of their beloved royal, King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the world's longest-reigning monarch. The government has declared one year of official mourning.
Adding on, people have been asked to wear black to express their grief, and to avoid "joyful events" for the next 30 days.
The king's body has been moved from Siriraj Hospital to the Temple of the Emerald Buddha in the Grand Palace. His son, Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, is expected to become Thailand's new king.
Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha said: "Once the crown prince has expressed his sadness and bereavement over his father, and once the time is appropriate, he affirms that he realizes the duties of the heir of the throne. In regards to royal duties, he will continue to do them as the crown prince. He wishes everyone understands and does not make things chaotic."
