MotoGP 17 eSport Championship announcement trailer

Developer Milestone and sport media company Dorna has announced that MotoGP 17 is making the jump into eSports with its first ever eSport Championship.Seven time trial events will take place this summer, coinciding with real world races on the MotoGP calendar, with those who qualify making it to a livestreamed grand final in Valencia this November. This years event will be exclusive to PS4. MotoGP 17 will be released on 15 June for PS4, Xbox One and PC. May 17, 2017

Giant swarm of bees bring London borough to a standstill at rush hour

The huge swarm of bees descended on Greenwich on 16 May, during rush hour. Abigail Hering, who works nearby, shared a video of the swarm on social media, showing commuters ducking to avoid the insects. Police dog takes bullet for partner in Florida robbery

A police dog was injured after taking a bullet for his partner in Jupiter, Florida, on Friday, 12 May. Palm Beach County Sheriffs Office said K9 Casper was shot during a robbery and shooting on Friday morning. The suspect, Philip OShea, 46, was shot and killed. May 16, 2017

McMaster: Trump did not discuss sources, methods with Russias Lavrov

White House National Security Advisor HR McMaster has denied reports that US President Donald Trump had divulged classified information to Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov during his visit to the Oval Office. Trumps staff is working hard to reject the bombshell report released by The Washington Post on Monday (May 15) and also reported by the New York Times. In a brief appearance with reporters following the report, McMaster said: There is nothing that the President takes more seriously than the security of the American people.
