US President Donald Trump, commenting on a mass shooting in Texas, said on Monday, 6 November, you cannot put into words the pain and grief we all feel for the victims. Speaking in Tokyo on the second day of his 12-day Asia trip, Trump said, Americans do what we do best, we pull together.  At least 26 people were killed and dozens other injured after a gunman walked into the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs with an assault rifle and opened fire. Fireworks display injures 14 in Wiltshire

A fireworks display at the Antrobus Hotel in Amesbury, Wiltshire, malfunctioned sending projectiles towards the crowd on Saturday (4 November). According to local media reports at least 14 people, including young children, suffered minor injuries. The display was cancelled soon afterwards. Nov 6, 2017

North Korean defector Hong Eun-hye is bringing her countrys food to South Korea. In her new North Korean food store south of the border, she is introducing injogogi, or man-made meat. Its an artificial meat substitute, made of soybean pomace and is a major source of protein for North Koreans who cannot afford to buy real meat. Saudi authorities detain Prince in anti-corruption inquiry

Saudi authorities have detained one of the countries most prominenet businessman and head of the National Guard Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal as part of a new anti-corruption inquiry. The committee is chaired by King Salman and amp;#39;s 32-year-old son Prince Mohammed. Billionaire Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, who owns investment firm Kingdom Holding, was among 11 princes, four ministers and tens of former ministers detained.  Nov 5, 2017
