TV is one of the best add-ons available for the Kodi app. This all-in-one source allows users to stream a vast library of contents under sections like TV series, movies, music, radio, live sports channels, news, entertainment channels and documentaries, among others.

As promising as it is, Maverick TV sometimes stumble in various errors including 404. In this tutorial, we will take you through the proper way of installing the add-on to avoid issues in the future.

Before moving forward, it is important that you enable unknown sources on the Kodi app; otherwise, it will prevent you from installing any third-party add-ons. To do this, launch Kodi and head over to Settings > System settings > Add-ons > Unknown sources. Just turn the switch on.

Step 1: Launch Kodi. Click on the Settings icon on the upper left side and then choose File manager > Add source.

Step 2: On the text box with  in it, copy and paste this source URL: mavericktv.net/mavrepo/. Click OK.

Step 3: Underneath is another text box where you can input the name of the source. We will use Maverick TV for this guide. Click OK.

Step 4: Go back to the Kodi home screen using the back arrows or backspace key on your keyboard.

Step 5: Click on Add-ons and then the package browser icon which appears like a box. Select Install from zip file.

Step 6: Look for the Maverick TV source and choose repository.macerickrepo-1.7.zip. This will install the new source.

Step 7: Go one step back and then choose Install from repository. Click on MaverickTV Repo and then Video Add-ons.

Step 8: Look for Maverick TV and click on it if you want to view source information. Click Install whenever you are ready. After a few seconds, Maverick TV should be installed.
