Avid fans of iOS jailbreak community are in for some disappointing news as the prolific Italian hacker Luca Todesco has announced he is quitting further jailbreak development. The announcement comes in the wake of Apple releasing iOS 10.3 with a bunch of new bug-fixes and security updates.
The hacker of Yalu jailbreak (Yalu102) fame for iOS 10.2 has cautioned prospective jailbreakers to save their existing SHSH2 blobs for iOS 10.2/10.2.1 while also advising those who are running iOS 10.2.1 to remain on the same firmware in order to fancy any chances of jailbreaking their device in the near future.
Interested users can check out our step-by-step guide to save .shsh2 blobs using TSSChecker for iOS 10.2 and also see how to check if saved .shsh2 blobs are working.
It must be noted that there is no working jailbreak available for iOS 10.3 and hence Todesco's word of caution needs to be taken seriously. Here's what Todesco aka qwertyoruiop has tweeted in his recent post on Twitter:
1. Save blobs

2. If you're currently on 10.2.1 stay on it if you want to jailbreak.
3. I am done with jailbreaking.
