The PPSSPP Playstation Portable (PSP) emulator app, one of the best available in the community today, can now be installed on your iOS 11 iPhone or iPad without a jailbreak. This allows you to play PSP games on your device in high definition quality.

The latest PPSSPP emulator has been updated with support for ARM64 devices. Apart from HD quality PSP games, this app offers tablet access with customisable on-screen controls and the ability to save and restore game data.

IBTimes Singapore brings you the easiest steps to install PPSSPP PlayStation emulator app on your iPhone or iPad running iOS 11 or later with no jailbreak needed.

Step 1: Download the PPSSPP IPA file here.

Step 3: The app will then be installed but unusable. You will be redirected to your home screen. Go to Settings > General > Profile & Device Management. Tap on the certificate that corresponds to PPSSPP. Choose Trust and then Trust again.

Step 4: You need to download ROMs to begin playing. You can download them from the web. Plug your device into the computer so you can copy and paste the ROMs.

Step 5: On your iPhone or iPad, open iTunes > Apps > File Sharing > PPSSPP.

Step 6: Click on Add and then proceed to the ISO file of the ROM. Click on Add again.
