Renowned YouTuber MrBossFTW aka Ross walks us through a detailed guide explaining how much money we need for buy everything in the upcoming Halloween DLC, in his latest gameplay video for GTA Online.
Considering Rockstar's recent confirmation on Newswire, it is clear that we will be seeing the return of Halloween 2015 game content along with the addition of Lost Vs Damned mode, besides a bunch of new DLC vehicles including the Sanctus Motorcycle.
According to the leaked DLC files, it is confirmed that the Sanctus bike will cost around GTA$1.995 million (barely $5,000 less than $2 million).
The customisation cost for the bike will add up another $200,000 to $300,000 in GTA currency. So, the total expense that you incur for purchasing and upgrading the Sanctus bike is around $2m to $2.3m.
As far as the new Halloween-themed Adversary mode is concerned, it will be available for free in GTA Online. You will indeed be earning a lot of GTA$ bonus-money just by participating in the Lost Vs Damned Adversary mode.
Moving on to the Halloween 2015 DLC content, you will be investing mainly on two main things along with a bunch of miscellaneous items. The first of the two key things featured in the DLC was the Albany Frankenstange worth $550,000 and the other was the Albany Lurcher worth $650,000.
If we ignore the vehicle customisation or upgrade cost, we will be left with the purchase cost of the two DLC vehicles, which will sum up to $3.2m. Then if we add around $600,000 to $800,000 worth of potential customisation we will get closer to $3.5m to $4m as the total cost of buying and upgrading each of the vehicles in the upcoming Halloween update.
Among the key miscellaneous DLC items from 2015, we will be seeing the return of Halloween face-paints and face masks priced in the range of $20,000 to $30,000. As this is a limited time DLC, it is imperative to buy these cosmetic upgrades as you cannot access them at a later stage in the game.
To sum it up, you will need at least $2m to $2.5m if you are contempt with the new DLC items from the 2016 Halloween update. However, if you want to cash-in on the returning DLC content from the 2015's update then you will need nearly $3.5m to $4m.
In case you are really short of money in the game, there is a nifty little trick that you could perform wherein you buy the DLC items and then sell it immediately. This will unlock these exclusive items permanently in the game even after the Halloween DLC window expires.
In other words, you will still be able to buy these unlocked items at a later stage in the game when you have tons of money in your in-game bank account.
Rockstar Games has been creatively deceptive about the probable game content for the upcoming Halloween update as the hidden game files suggest there are at least two more Halloween-themed DLC vehicles that could make their way into the game with the next title update in GTA Online.
There is a great possibility that Rockstar might release the Tornado Rat Rod ($378,000) and the Uber Classic ($195,000) with the Halloween DLC as both of them portray the Halloween theme in their body-design and paint job concepts. So, the net worth of these additional vehicles will be around $573,000 with another $500,000 spent for customising and upgrading them.
As Ross explains, there is no hint of any new weapons or clothing items coming out with the Halloween update. However, you will be spending anywhere close to $5 million just for buying and upgrading everything in the forthcoming DLC for GTA Online.
