Avid GTA car modders are in for a special treat as renowned YouTuber MrBossFTW aka Ross has shared the ultimate car customisation guide for the new Finance and Felony DLC, in his latest gameplay video for GTA Online.
Those who are in a hurry to check out the customisation options for a particular supercar or sports-car model can check out the various time stamps in the video description on Ross' official YouTube channel. For instance, the Pegassi Reaper has the time stamp of 0:50 and Grotti has the stamp of 4:08.
Pegassi Reaper
First of the lot is the new supercar, the Pegassi Reaper, which sells at a modest $1,595,000 via legendarymotorsport.net in GTA Online. Given the price, the Reaper is one of the cheapest supercars available for purchase in eight different colours namely red, pink, yellow, orange, green, blue, black, and white.
Apart from the lower-cost benefit, the Reaper is quite disappointing in terms of customisation options as it is limited to bare-minimum spoiler upgrades and basic paint jobs. However, you might try adding the armour upgrades if you think of using it for your warehouse business or CEO missions.
Vapid FMJ
Next up in the list is the Vapid FMJ which is a bit more expensive than the Reaper at $1,750,000. The FMJ is also available in eight different colours, but it offers better customisation options than the Reaper.
Among the customisation capabilities, one could choose the Carbon Fiber Splitter for the bumper, add a roof scoop of your choice (carbon or regular) and choose among a set of exotic spoiler options to enhance the car's traction capabilities.
Another key upgrade for the FMJ is the explosives option which will add protection for your car against explosions and fire damage.
Grotti Bestia GTS
Grotti Bestia GTS is the only DLC vehicle in the sports category. The car is priced at $610,000 which makes it the most expensive sports car in GTA Online. It can be ordered in any of the eight colour variants we have seen for the Reaper.
Quite surprisingly, the Bestia GTS justifies its higher price tag with a bunch of customisation options including exotic bumper upgrades, exhaust and engine upgrades, explosives armour upgrade and carbon Hood, skirts and rooftop upgrades. Besides, one can select their favourite primary and secondary colours for the paint jobs and add custom window panes
Benefactor XLS
The fourth vehicle in the customisation list is the Benefactor XLS which comes in two variants, the regular and the armoured. The regular version costs $253,000 while the armoured one is priced at $522,000.
Except for the paint jobs and bullet-proof tyres, the XLS is quite disappointing in terms of customisation options as it lacks good upgrades for the hood, roof, windows, decals and spoiler. So, it is an ideal vehicle to put on the full-armoured upgrades.
Enus Windsor Drop
Next up in the list, we have the modified version of the Enus Windsor which is known as the Windsor Drop in Finance and Felony DLC for GTA Online. The term "Drop" in the car's model name clearly indicates that it is a special convertible variant and aptly carries an expensive price tag of $900,000.
The Windsor Drop also has limited customisation options like the Benefactor XLS and the only thing worthy of an upgrade is the custom paint job, red brake callipers and roof colours.
Bravado Rumpo Custom
The final one in the list is the Bravado Rumpo custom car which is worth just $130,000 and it's available in all the eight colour variants like the Pegassi Reaper. But, it's also the only car from the new DLC which is being sold via SoutherSanAndreasSuperAutos.com in GTA Online.
Quite disappointingly, the Rumpo does not come in armoured variant and also lacks custom armour upgrades. The lack of customisable options for the roof rails, front bumper guard, and the climbing ladder or stepping grips makes it a bummer.
Nevertheless, the car's design aptly suits its military-style looks with off-road tyres installed. But, the biggest turn on is its blazing rooftop headlights and the front-bumper-lights that look amazing in the dusk.
