Freshly leaked Xbox One cover art confirms worldwide release date for the forthcoming title 'Call of Duty: WWII' in Activision's most successful gaming franchise ever on the planet. The leak also details the gameplay elements including the in-game plot and action set-pieces that will take us back to the roots of the game.
Close on the heels of Activision announcing the arrival of new 'WWII' instalment in the COD game series, a bunch of visual leaks have surfaced online confirming that the game will get a worldwide release on 3 November. The leaked Xbox One cover art suggests that gamers will be fighting Nazis across Europe like the good old times from the Original game.
It is now ascertained that the game publisher had accidentally posted several gameplay screenshots on its official portal and then took them off from the announcement page after realising its mistake, ahead of the game's global reveal set for 26 April.
However, some eagle-eyed Redditors managed to print screen them and post them on Reddit forums for public enjoyment, before they were taken down by the game publisher.
The leaked gameplay screenshots also hint at exclusive rewards, community challenges, and special events with double XP weekend bonus in the offing.
