Strengthening their partnership announcement from September last year further, Adobe and Microsoft are going to announce their first set of joint services designed to help enterprises to transform their customer experience at the Adobe Summit today.

These solutions will use Adobe's marketing software suite, which has been re-named to 'Experience Cloud' along with Microsoft's Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power BI. Through these new integrations that will be announced today, businesses will now be able to align sales and marketing better and create compelling, personalized and consistent experiences for their customers.

The sales and marketing software products by Adobe and Microsoft is going to give tough competition to similar products of Salesforce.com Inc and Oracle Corp offerings, the two firms said Monday.

"It's going to enable to customers to go beyond the current (software) silos they have to navigate today," said Scott Guthrie, executive vice president of the cloud and enterprise division at Microsoft.

Microsoft has been trying very hard to expand its sales software Dynamics and now teaming up with Adobe in this front will definitely give it more power to compete in the market.

"Today's customers have high standards when it comes to brand interactions. Enterprise companies must deliver exceptional experiences at scale or risk losing customers to competitors," said Abhay Parasnis, executive vice president and CTO, Adobe. "Bringing together Adobe's and Microsoft's sales, marketing and customer intelligence solutions enables brands to better understand and engage with their customers across all touch points."

By providing end-to-end integration at the platform level, customers can more easily customize their apps, capture behavioral data within the web and mobile apps, and glean insights from across Adobe and Microsoft services as well as any platforms that support the data model, read the press release.
